The Wild Boar by FCD Surfboards was originally intended to be a groveler board, but it has proven itself as a great high performance shortboard that works well in all conditions. It delivers on speed and maneuverability without that "twitchy" feeling that can be associated with shorter boards. You can ride it a bit smaller to quickly get under those beach break barrels, or go up in volume if you need more of a groveler board.
Made from Marko® Beaded EPS, which has tight fusion between the beads and is very strong and lightweight. It's recycled and recyclable and the materials and processes used are designed to lengthen the life of your board.
Epoxy resin which is light, strong and produces less VOC's than traditional resins. They use at least 2 layers on the bottom to increase the strength and to protect the integrity of the board when it's being sanded.
