New Podcast: Notes from the End of the World

So here it is... the first episode of Notes from the End of the World, a podcast collaboration between Ain’t That Swell and Patagonia.

The new poddy is a free-wheeling, straight-up discussion about the big environmental issues of today, but instead of creating a sense of impending and inevitable doom, these conversations will fire you up to get out and save it.

It’s a mix of surf talk, activism and life in the wild.

Produced in partnership with the Gold Cone Piece award-winning crew from Ain’t That Swell, the podcast cuts through the noise, sorts through the bullshit, and lowers the temperature of the conversation.

Saving the world should be an uncontroversial idea.

The first episode is hosted by Swellian moguls Vaughan Blakey and Jed Smith, and features guests Dave Rastovich and Sean Doherty.  The poddy discusses topics not limited to mullet as a table fish, camping at Shipstern in the year 2000, surfing Balls Pyramid, the Fight for The Bight, and how life as a surfing activist isn’t nearly as depressing as it sounds.

You can listen to it here, or watch it below.

This episode was recorded on Bundjalung Country. Patagonia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of this land and sea Country. We pay our respect to their elders, past, present and future.
